The voucher clearly gave the hotel address, in English & Spanish with the hotel being in the world famous Zocalo Historical Center.
On our arrival we followed the directives of the booking voucher, unfortunately the Yellow Cabs booth was not where the voucher indicated and we were redirected 3 times until we found ourselves out on the street at regular taxi rank where the taxi coordinator looked confused by our voucher but did eventually hail a yellow cab. All looked good on their website, unfortunately that was all that was good. Hoping to avoid confusion or delays we decided to pre book AND PRE PAY for our ground transportation to and from Mexico City Airport with Yellow Cab - Sitio 300 - Trans Tours.
We lost time and money using this company. My suggestion would be to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, as our experience below details it was actually cheaper to hail a taxi and there was no shortage of them ready to take us in both directions.
